Introducing a Streamlined Booker Experience for EAs and a Redesigned My Bookings Page

We’re excited to launch our latest update that streamlines and simplifies the experience of on-behalf bookers on Gable. This update is particularly important for EAs, who can now see and edit the bookings they made on behalf of someone with ease. 

Plus, we’ve revamped the My Bookings page to make it easier to navigate and see all booking information at a glance. 

A refreshed booker experience for EAs

Empower EAs to have complete control over reservations made on behalf of executives. Enjoy greater visibility and access to all booking details, ensuring smooth management and seamless coordination of every reservation. 

Here’s what’s new in the booker experience: 

• On-behalf bookers now receive all relevant booking notifications via email and Slack. 
• On-behalf bookers will see the bookings they made in the "My bookings" list. They can also filter by On-behalf bookings only.
• The on-behalf booker is shown on the booking card (as a small avatar next to the primary guest avatar).
• On-behalf bookers can cancel bookings.
• On-behalf bookers can check-in to bookings (on-behalf of the primary guest).

Updated My Bookings page for a better overview of all your bookings

We have updated the design and features of the "My bookings" page: 

• The date filters have been added to the top of the page. Users can easily find bookings older than 90 days. 
• All upcoming bookings (pending and confirmed) will appear together. They are grouped by day (for the current week) or week (for bookings further in the future). 
• Cancelled/Rejected bookings are shown.
• Check-in action and its status were added to the booking card.
• The booking card design was updated.
• Add to calendar action was moved into the 3-dots menu.
• The arrival guide is accessible by hovering on the space image (to the left of the card). It is available for all confirmed upcoming bookings.
• CTA to book again was moved to the "+" button at the top right of the page.
