End-to-end event management experience

Gable's event orchestration feature lets you create, manage, promote, and measure internal and external events. 

Empower workplace teams to streamline event planning, communication, and data insights. Boost employee engagement with meaningful events in and out of the office from one central hub. 

Here are the main components of the event management experience:

Event organizer role

Alongside administrators, we're introducing a new role for event organizers, allowing them to create and manage events. Event organizers can also be admins or bookers at the same time. 

Event creation wizard

The event creation wizard guides you through all the steps of creating and sharing an event with your team.

Step 1: Fill out event details 

Add event title, short description, cover photo, date and time, tags, and host(s).


Step 2: Add event location

Choose between virtual, in-person, or hybrid; easily connect your event to an HQ or Flex booking, or simply provide the event address.

Step 3: Invite your guests

Set your event as public (discoverable by anyone in the company) or private (invite-only). Then select invitees from your company directory: you can invite the entire company, specific departments, or individuals. 

Step 4: Set event reminders

Schedule email reminders to be sent a week, a few days, or hours before the event to invited, accepted, or all guests.

Event discovery

Once the event is published, email notifications are sent to invitees, and the event is discoverable by eligible employees through email, homepage recommendations, and the 'Browse Events' section. 

Event management

Admins and event organizers can view, edit, monitor, and cancel events directly from the Events Management Dashboard.
