Meet Gable’s Gathering Report and find out if employees are getting together to collaborate

One of the biggest questions workplace leaders in hybrid companies face is, "Are people using on-demand spaces to work together?"

Starting today, all Gable customers can access a brand-new gathering report on the Gable dashboard, monitor and analyze collaboration, and improve employee experience.

Collaboration overview at your fingertips

Gable’s Gathering report gives you all the information you need to determine whether employees are using on-demand spaces to collaborate and make decisions to foster that collaboration further.

The report includes insights cards, pie graphs, and a table section. It shows the total number of gatherings, breakdowns by space type and department, reasons for gatherings, and budget trends.

Using the Gathering Report

In the report itself, there are two modes for visualizing gathering data: detailed and summarized. You can switch between these modes using the "Grouping" toggle on the filters row at the top.

Detailed mode provides a breakdown of the different gathering types, except for group and solo seats. Group seats are cases where more than one person was in the same common space on the same day. This could either be a single booking made for multiple seats or several single-seat bookings.

Solo seats represent instances where a single person was in a common space on a specific day or a single-seat booking of a private room.

The summarized mode compares solo seats to gatherings, which sum up all the non-solo gathering types (meeting room, private office, event space, and group seats).
