Manage your meeting rooms and hot desks with ease 

We’re now integrating with Outlook calendar so you can manage your office resources easily and let employees book them on Gable.

You can now assign each meeting room or hourly hot desk to your account's “Room” resource and show live availability by the room’s calendar. 

New Gable bookings will be created on the calendar, and guests will be invited to the event on the room calendar. Changes like new event invites, invite statuses, or event cancellations and modifications will not affect the Gable booking.

This integration, together with Gable HQ, will help workplace teams easily manage their meeting rooms and hot desks and always show live availability to employees, making it easy to use the spaces you have to their fullest potential.
