What are the criteria’s for becoming a Gable host?
Gable’s hosts include a diverse range of workspace providers, from large coworking brands with national and global portfolios to single-location operators at the local level. Regardless of size or business model, all prospective hosts must meet criteria that align with Gable’s standards for safety, professionalism, and quality.

As part of our commitment to consistency, locations that do not meet these standards—such as homes or lounges that lack an enterprise-grade work environment—are not onboarded by design. Only established coworking spaces accustomed to receiving guests and maintaining a professional, enterprise-grade environment are accepted. Additionally, all hosts must agree to Gable’s Host Terms & Conditions, which outline operational expectations and quality standards.

Does Gable provide insurance?
Each location is required to maintain a Certificate of Insurance or an equivalent document in accordance with their local regulatory requirements for operating a facility. While Gable does not currently collect these certificates, their existence is confirmed as part of the onboarding process. If specific documentation is required for certain locations, it can be obtained upon request.
Can I view all my attendees from the Gable platform?
Yes - Navigate to your guest reservations tab. Under each respective queue, you will see all the bookings that fall into that status. Next to bookings with more than one user, you will see a drop-down arrow. Click the arrow to show the names and emails of the other users attending that booking.
When and how do I get paid?
During the host onboarding process, you will be prompted to connect your desired payout method via Stripe. All booking revenue is collected during a calendar month , and paid out the first week of the following month. A payout report is exportable for any reconciliation required. 
Am I able to approve or reject bookings?
Yes - Gable will always email you to notify you that there is either a new booking request or a new booking confirmation. From that email, you will see a link to take you directly to your Gable account where you can approve or reject the booking.
How much does it cost to list with you?
There is no subscription or fee to be a part of the Gable network. There is simply a commission deducted from completed bookings - 20% for day passes and 10% for meeting rooms, daily private offices, and events. 
Can I edit my listings and prices?
Yes - you have full edit control of your listings at all times. Easily edit your space listings anytime by heading to the "Manage listings" tab. In this tab, you’ll see all your listings. They are labeled by their current status.

Those labeled "Active" are visible to book by users.

Any listings "In review" are currently being reviewed by our Partnerships team for approval.

Any labeled under "Draft" have details remaining to be filled out to be submitted for approval.

You can easily edit any listing by clicking the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the location and clicking "Edit"
Do you handle foreign currencies?
Currently Gable is Gable to display pricing in the following currencies: USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD

Note: If your local currency is not displayed, please convert to USD.
Does Gable support any calendar integrations to allow real time availability?
Yes - Gable currently has three active integrations which allows space partners to connect their calendars and provide real time inventory to the Gable network. The integrations available are Google Calendar, Nexudus and OfficeRnD
