Using data from Gable’s enterprise clients, tracked between January and August 2022, we identified cities where employees use flex spaces the most, the average adoption rate among employees, and how companies spend money on them. We supplemented our data with the latest figures from sources such as CBRD, HBR, Commercial Edge, and PwC to paint a picture of how companies use flex spaces today and what their plans are for the future.
