In post-pandemic years, Ironclad, a leading digital contracting platform, has struggled to make informed decisions about its hybrid work policy and real estate. 

They were using WeWork AllAccess for some employees, but not all of them were taking advantage of it. This lack of data and insights into how, when, and why employees use flex spaces was why Ironclad switched to Gable.

In addition to the coworking booking data, Ironclad needed a tool to manage its office utilization. They chose to use Gable’s HQ product and integrate with Brivo, their access control system. 

"With Gable, we've started to be able to look at the actual utilization in our offices and coworking spaces. Now we can see how many people intend to come in, how many people actually come in, and start to make decisions based on that."

Employees can get together on their own, without the company organizing anything. This creates a sense of autonomy and trust, fostering a more flexible environment.

"The employee experience is a no-brainer. It's so much better than previous methods. Anyone who's booked an Airbnb or other space on the internet in the last 10 years can use it," Bukstein added, emphasizing the user-friendly nature of Gable's platform.

I don't think you would get to talk to the leaders with many other products," Bukstein shared.
